I went to my spare wheel and found about 2" of water but can't work out where it's coming from. The carpet was dry on the top and no sign of water round the door seal/rubber ?

Ive bumped rear bumper with the park sensors on. so would like to know how to change this(has anyone imfo about repacing bumpers?) and how much it would cost. I thought about going through my car insurance but know my premium will go up loads :(
