Then on bells it pissed down! And Stu still was overtaking people, haha

What can I say, the car felt invincible all day and even the rain was no deterrent... I was surprised how you just kept popping up in my mirror all the way home though!

Man was that storm huge! Came past us in Ryde 3-4hours after we drove through it through the mountains, sure was moving slowly.

Was a great day!! Doug, you are a champion! Great choice of roads, and well done on the driving.... No matter what I threw at you, you kept re-appearing!!! And yes, the BBK was very handy at that moment. Still don't know what was going on TBH... Was just happy we got a good run in at the end once we caught Scott!

Nice to meet all the new faces, and to the rest, until the next time!

Here are some of my pics, I took 250 but about 220 are out of focus and the rest would just be reposts of everyone elses pics from the exact same locations, so ive uploaded the ones others wouldnt have, many thanks to my co-piolet grace, who nearly shat herself on many occasions =P


The early birds (I was 1st ;])

Our numbers soon multiplied and it was time to leave

So we went to the petro....KFC station

Soon after I had someone on my tail

Who was soon infront of me =P

However the general public were somewhat less enthusiastic in their driving

After a quick stop to regroup we set off again for the start line

Incase anyone wanted to know where we would end up ;]

Moments before seeing a very puzzled police officer

Me trying my best to keep a close tail on the rev heads

Unfortunitly I got stuck behind a slow driver =P jks jks

Everyone bunching up for a fun dip

Im not sure why this required braking but it was obvious I was a long way behind

Great roads, technically its legal because there is no lane markings ;]

I spy a regular golf

But he soon lost me with his james bond style smoke screen

These people looked rather confused at cars that could exceed 50km/h

Taking a brake after a hot run

More bling than a R32 ;]

The rain came at lunch, luckily for those with FWD and bald tyres (me)

The chain of golfs heads for the mountain

The look on the guy at the fronts face when we all overtook him was priceless

Being hotly persued by mr black

After this stage Grace's sholder gave up and she couldnt photograph any longer

Thanks for organising a great day out Doug and for shouting drinks at the cafe I loved meeting everyone and getting to work on my driving skills a bit (they need a lot of work). Will post pics soon.

Look forward to seeing you in the audience Doug and if anyone else is interested, I'm playing Baldrick in Blackadder onstage at the Riverside Theatre Parramatta in June - will be a good laugh.

I got home just as the heavens opened, lucky. Glad those driving in it got home safe!

Now to find some Krytox for that damn centre vent jobbie!!
