what company do they ship their products with? If they use UPS, tax and duty would be a bitch for me in Toronto, UPS charges a very high amount.

John@20squared is a very reasonable guy. Give him a shout and see what he can do. Both times I have dealt with their company, I have received A+ service with amazing communication from John himself.
