Yea dobson or Dodson has a kit.

Clutches are easy but theres alot you can fuck up by not knowing the little things about doing them.

Considering oem clutches are about 900ish...it ain't that bad.

Quick question for you guys...

I see this clutch is rated for 550 to 600 ft/lbs.. which is great for the DSG

How much is the OEM clutch DSG ft/lbs rated?.. anyone knows?

250 ft lb officially but they can take over 400 ftlb with a tcu flash.

Mr Bikle and TMS Racing both had over 600whp with stock clutch packs and UM DSG tunes.

Eurodyne suggested I readapt the trans again but that only helped a little. They said I should be seeing 14bar of pressure but I'm not.

Gonna try to get some overtime at work over the next few weeks to help fund the clutch

It's actually more than that since they come with v6 passats and tdis. They build in a tolerance of ~30% more than needed in almost everything.

I think my Ttrs pump took a shit lol >_<

Connected the oem controller back up and at idle it was running max duty but only seeing 3-3.5bar

Will prob switch back to the billet basket and walbro pump later this week.

I ran a 550whp Camaro earlier

I did a few other runs with him but the trans was acting up. In the middle of the run it would flash 123456 on the display and then return to normal when I would coast to a stop. Is this a "safety" feature saying the dsg temp is getting up there? It was 105 degrees outside today

I am not. But I think I might try what Sam did and run the dsg cooler on its own separate cooling system if temp is the case
