Yesterday I changed to summer wheels on our MK 7 Estate. I did the tightening by hand without torque wrench. Good enough.
However a year ago I tested with my torque wrench. The load I used was about 140 nm (should be 120) when the t-wrench (bolt) was in the same rotation position as I had left it doing it “by the feeling” in my hands.
Okay in my world. When doing it manually you often use more power than necessary to be on the safe side .
