Hi

I wanted to share my dyno with all of you to show you why a custom tune will always beat the off the shelf tunes.

This specific tune was done by Vince from Stealth Racing, since Stealth racing is located in the U.K and I'm in Israel this tune was done via remote control.

Parts and configuration:

Stealth Racing - Custom Tune
Downpipe with no CAT
P-Flow Intake
Labonte W/M injection stage 1
91 RON fuel
APR HPFP
Forge boost pipes.
Stock Turbo
Stock Intercooler
Stock Exhaust system
Stock Muffler

we ran on a DYNAPACK dyno which connects directly to the hub and is extremely accurate.

I can talk all day but I think the dyno speaks for itself:

270 WHP and 47 KgM of torue from a stock K03 Turbo.

Um, doesn't the blue "Torque Flywheel" graph show crank numbers instead of wheel numbers?

yeah, but for 87 octane, that great! But can understand the need for the custom file for the low octane file. nice work.

what boost level? How much is 87/ 91 ron in israel these days?

- - Update- -

Just got off a call with the dyno guy regarding the flywheel writing, he says it's a mistake and that all the figures are at the hub not the flywheel.

so 270 WHP and 47 KgM of torque at the HUB.

First of all congrats on your tune and i wish you the best (driving pleasure).

The Dynapack measures power @flywheel ... and it's NOT WHP !!!

We have such dyno's here in Greece ... but we dont use them anymore, cause they are over-optimistic !!!

Why does your dyno graph stop @5300 rpm ?

... and why does it "dive" after 4800 rpm ?

Do you have the graph that shows boost pressure ?

Strange,

I've seen it measure a stock Leon cupra at 210 WHP which would mean 240 at the flywheel.

Why is it that every time someone posts a dyno that has high figures someone comes up and says it’s an optimistic dyno.

Which dyno do you use?

car still holds 274 lbft at 5000 RPM so the drop is there but still very high.

Also the dyno room was very hot, boost was significantly lower than what I'm used to.

I've seen a couple people hit above 270whp with APR's 100 octane program (on pump gas + meth) or Revo custom settings running similar mods to what you have. IIIRC the record on a stock k03 was 280whp on 93 octane with intake, dp, hpfp and meth, running Revo with custom settings. All from an "off the shelf" tune.

this is the leon cupra dyno

If you look at almost ALL the dyno's from Cupra's (and we mean Leon II)
the peak power happens well AFTER 6000 rpm...

Now, as TASOS also pointed out...why does the dynoing stop that early ?

At the Cupra graph the measurement only goes up to 6000 rpm...

I'm pretty sure there is more power after that.... :iono:
