so i looked at the n75 valve and checked that all the hoses were going to the right places and that they didnt have cracks in them and as far as i can see they are all ok. also, shouldnt i be throwing a CEL and going into limp mode if i was actually hitting 30 psi and above? because im not and i havent had any other cel other than the o2 sensor.

could this hose nozzle affect the actuating of the wastegate? because i replaced the OEM rubber hose with a silicon vacuum hose and i thought maybe that could be it? thoughts?

here are the logs 3rd and 4th gear pulls

Adam,

Thanks for sending these over the logs you did.

Few suggestions: Go over all the lines one more time to make sure nothing is kinked, has an insecure connection or is installed improperly. I know it may feel a bit redundant to do this again, but even experienced shops will hook up an incorrect line once in awhile.

Next, run logs on these blocks: 115, 119, 054.

When you do this, simply get in the car, turn the key and drive. Go to redline if you can.

Once your done, send me them to me and I’ll have our team look over them asap.

well the things that control boost levels, or prevent the turbo from overboosting is the n75 valve and the wastegate. can you log the n75 cycle? and your engine is running lean cause your over boosting, lol not enough fuel being shot in their for that 30psi.

It's a post-cat lean code, meaning something is up with the post-cat spacer area in what appears to be that the spacer is working too well (it's placed too far out or there is a leak around there somewhere). Simply running lean A/F from overboost would trip the pre-cat O2 sensor for a lean code.

I adjusted the spacer and it seems to have worked with the lean code as it hasn't thrown a cel yet. Alex, which lines should I check? Jjust the vacuum ones? And correct me if I'm wrong shouldn't I be throwing an over boost code? Ill run those logs and send them over to you! Thanks

So I threw the cel again and I'm guessing its the o2 sensor, does anyone have a picture of how the spacer should be installed? Or any other suggestions
