Defi Blue Racer Gauges [Installed]

big thread revival...i'm thinking of getting a set of these defi racer gauges and a newsouth dashpod...for those with this set up, is there any windshield glare at night with the gauge's LEDs?

Do you pictures of their aluminum T-fitting? Is it a stocked item?

How many hours do you figure it took? The one comment by them that they know what they're doing, seems to me they would also know how long it takes and could quote you a price based on hours. Even a dealer wouldn't charge that much for the install, at $100 per hour.

The DEFI Racer gauges each have their own line and a sensor. The DEFI-link BF gauges (like I have) have sensors inputs to the Control Unit II with a single line out of the control unit to the gauges.

Ah, I see. It's a bit hard to tell from the photos - do these ones look the same as the blue racer ones, and our stock ones, or are the racers closer to our stock gauges? Are there any real benefits to having the link?

Also can you change the startup sequence? The flickering makes them look broken...
