I have read these Vag Tacho threads but some of it is in german and the rest in english i dont really under stand cuz i dont have a Vag Tacko cable.
I have a Hex Can Vagcom cable, is it possible to use this cable and make the changes needed to make the cluster needles always light up??????

if you can read eeprom and send me, I can change it.
But not all device can write new dump for cluster, most of it , can write, but CPU still have copy and overload it, so finally you have genuine.
if it happen, you need use external programmer to read + solder labour.
