lug bolts to fit 16mm spacers?

Stock bolt length is 28mm iirc, therefore you'd need 44mm bolts atleast.

They'll make sure you get the proper length, just put in the notes section what size spacers you're using. Or try ECS tuning:

They sell 43mm ones and 47mm ones... you're in between sizes b/c 16mm is an odd size for a spacer, 15mm is the common size (3,5,8,10,12,15,20...). I think blackforest makes a 16mm spacers and should also make bolts for them so you might want to give them a shot. Just remember if you're on stock wheels you'll need a ball seat bolt.
