Wheels to fit over 17z brake setup

I had brand new golf r wheels I sold for next to nothing because I bought another set of wheels for fit over the brakes without spacers. Bought some alzor wheels that are et35, put a shit ton of parts in this summer. Got it all back together and the wheels wouldn't fit. Had to use 10mm spacer.

I'm looking for wheels to fit over the brakes without spacers 17 or 18 inch. Anyone know of some wheels that fit without spacers? My wheels love to make contact with the fenders because of it.

My vmr v710 clear with a 45 offset 8.5" wide and a 3mm spacer. I know you said Jo spacer but 3mm isn't even noticeable
