Free market exists only in the early stages of capitalist system development. Then monopolies take over. It's a natural course of events for the capitalist system. Marx was right about that as well.
Mussolini with his fascism was a direct derivative of the capsystem. Fascism is a social structure built on top of the capitalist economic basis. For example, who benefited the most in fascist Germany? Big capital concentrated in the hands a few families. So Schwab fits in really well.
