When the government balances the books, sure they can spend whatever they want.
Look, here's the deal, they are INSOLVENT. They shouldn't be spending a dime until they start paying down the trillions they've recklessly added up. And they have the audacity to spend trillions more with no end in sight. I didn't vote for this, and neither did you. Our kids definitely didn't either but their generation will be picking up the pieces, assuming our country isn't completely destroyed.

And China doesn't hold as much of our debt as people seem to think. They hold just over $1 trillion of our over $20 trillion debt.
