I honestly think people should stay home when they are sick. They go to work sick and get other people sick...because they don't want to use their sick days. I've seen people sneeze into their hands...then grab the door handle.

yeah i definitely do stay home when i am actually sick but sinusitis doesn't qualify for me after 48 hours of onset unless it impairs my ability to work/function. that's my own standard and it seems to have some success at not getting others sick.
