Strange Whistling noise under boost (leaky DV??)

hi All,
I am having a strange whistling noise when I am under boost, please take a look at the video below:

I have a custom exhaust system, stock intake, and Rev D Diverter valve.


can anyone tell what noise it is? thanks!!

Sounds like a vacuum leak? Or an intake leak? Check all your hoses, make sure they're tight, make sure there's nothing that's cracked.

checked PVC, nothing wrong with it..........

here is a pic of my exhaust slip joint, evident of carbon build up can be a sign of exhaust leak?
