Rns 510 not showing 3D view

Hi. I just got my replacement rns c version with b version software and its awesome but when i select 3d view on the navigation i only get a 2 d view. Has anyone had this before or have any ideas on how to correct it?

Do you have enough satellites? You need x amount for a 2d lock and y amount for a 3d lock. Maybe after letting the unit run for 10min see if you can change the setting.

Yes i select it on display options but it still only shows the 2d aerial view rather than looking behind vehicle. Might try a unit reset and reload map and see how i go.

Sorry for the stuff around. Found out theres a view button on the screen that has topograghy, 2d & 3d views which is what I didn't use. I thought i had to go to settings so my appologies.
