None, having the car idle with no load for a long period of time isn't good for the engine.
Also you'll lose a key as one has to be inside to keep the immobilizer happy.

Basically, you want your car to idle for as long as it takes to stop high rpm idling after you start it. Realistically...like 30 seconds to a minute. You really don't want to run your car at below operating temps for any amount of time. There's a whole thread on vortex about it.
^yes...don't do this OP. not good for the engine. i let mine come down from a high idle, then drive off.

Don't agree. I've had a remote start on every car I've owned in the last 10 or so years.
In fact my mk4 1.8t had one on it or over 250K km with no engine issues.

It adds wear to the engine. You may not notice it, but it adds wear. And putting a load on the engine, such as driving it, warms it up faster anyways.
