REAR PERCH HELP

so this isnt another, "my rear perch sets on the bottom and i dont have time to drop the control arm", thread. My question is, i recently redid my rear height adjustment/ put in some replacement shocks (same as before just new) for summer. I noticed that my rear perches have quite a bit of play(because the bolt is much smaller than the hole in the control arm...) before torquing the bolt through them. Do the rear perches need to be perfectly centered? or will any position on the control arm work?

ALSO, after this my car seems to be pulling to the right... any thoughts?

Do you have the spring spun into the perch correctly?

Yes. It's on ksports so theirs only one way to drop the spring in. But the perch itself has play before the bolt is tightened.
