Hey everyone this may be a noob question but its better to ask then to be sorry later... I was curious to know if this is how the belts are designed or not? I've seen quite a few belts before but nothing with the stitching exposed so much, it almost looks like it had a shoddy job sewn back together after ripping. Felt like I should post this up because it coincidentally turned off and was at the exact spot for me to notice.. Please respond back I just dropped alot of dough less than a year ago and under 15k mi since then. I'm very worried because I cannot afford a timing belt failure so if people could respond instead of just looking it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much

It's fine. That's how they're made. If it breaks your car will run on the battery until it dies and you'll have no AC.

Don't, you can't learn unless you ask, everyone has asked questions that others would consider stupid, those people have just forgotten when they asked the same questions
