These are my favourite pair of portable full-size headphones, they look great and sound just as good. Unlike the standard MDR-1R headphones, Sony built these with 50mm drivers instead of 40mm drivers for excellent bass impact. Also worth noting is the built in S-Master Digital Amp in these headphones. You can simply switch them on or off together with the noise cancelling function, instantly giving your music more punch and musicality.
