It's just a bling replacement for the resonator pipe that comes off the intercooler to throttle body plate. IMO, a waste of money, you'd have to prove to me how you can gain performance from adding turbulence to your intake. I'd only buy it if you're looking for max bling. I got rid of my factory pipe and installed the Audi A3 one which has no EA piping.
