Chirping sound on initial start, and braking

So I’m at a loss for what this could be. It started a few months ago there would be a slight chirping sound on startup, and then it would go away. Now it lasts longer on startup, and happens when coming to a stop. It sounds like it’s coming from the front.

Here’s the sound

I checked the brakes, changed out the LCAs, and tightening all of the subframe bolts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated this is super annoying.

Sounds like a rotational rubbing to me. What do you mean by "startup? I take that term to be when the engine is started. If you mean when you first take off, then check your front brake on that side again. Are you sure the "squealer" is nowhere near the rotor or there is no debris anywhere near it or the pad? How about near the wheel's ABS components? Perhaps a wheel bearing? How many miles do you have? I've had a bearing fail even though I only had 30,000 miles.
