Hello, i own a golf mk5 1.9 5 speed. On a cold gearbox, I'm getting a crunch from 1st-2nd, and its notchy into 3rd. Its just generally really horrible and stiff. Warmed up its fine. Its had the clutch and dual mass job only 8k ago. WHAT IS IT! Any help much appreciated !
