So, a couple of nights ago, my neighbour's car (2010 Mitsubishi Lancer) got stolen. We live in a condo building and he parks next to me. The car must have been put on a flatbed and taken away... NO alarm went off, no broken glass, and nobody heard anything... Those guys are really good... I bet...

I heard a lot of rumours that the MK6 Golf will be introduced at the September 2008 car show in Paris. Does anybody know if that is official? EDIT: By "introduced", I meant whether the final design of the car would be revealed.

In this article they announced a "no-charge Carefree Maintenance Program" for the full term of manufacturer warranty, which they say is 3-year/36,000 miles long, on all 2009 models... If I had a choice, I'd rather have an extra year of warranty than the free maintenance for the first 3 years of...
