Upgraded the mk7 taillights to Spec-D LEDs

Tried to have some fun in the snow with the new set of Michelin Cross Climate 2 I put on a couple weeks ago. Nope! Must be that 3PMSF rating at work.

How's the fit and finish of those? They're significantly less than the other taillight options, and I'm half debating between them and the Euro Golf incandescent trails with the separate amber turn signals.

Pretty close to OEM fitment. The outer lights have a tiny bit of wiggle but unless you're shaking it with your hands no one will ever notice. No problems during installation. Amber turn signals would be nice but the simple plug and play is nice too. I did end up coding the tail lights to always run with the DRLs. The reverse LEDs are practically mini headlights, super bright on both sides.

No they could go a little lower. But I decided I didn’t want to go so low anyways so the b16’s were perfect for me

Installed the eurocode front strut brace. Used set screws which made the install so much easier. Going to drive it in a little bit and report back.

Had Michelin X-Ice Xi3 installed last week. They blow my old DWS-06's away in snow and hydroplane resistance.
