Based on the antibodies present in the trial patients at the 3 month mark after the second vaccine, immunity is estimated to last 12 to 18 months.

Obviously we won't know for sure for another 6 to 8 months, but it isn't a complete mystery at this point. They are monitoring the antibody levels in the trial groups and can compare to natural immunity.
