Focus RS will be the new hot hatch?

Reports say that Ford is bringing the Focus RS over to the states. If true it will definitely be a contender especially if it gets a AWD platform. What are you guys thoughts?

A lot people sacrifice interior quality for speed and handling. Look a Subaru for example. Their interior is crap and they continue to sell them a lot of them.

I agree and it depends on the usage of the car. For a track car, I don't care about interior finish but for a daily driver it matters a bit more.

I test drove all 3 makes before choosing the GTI. Based on interior finish I would rate them as follow: GTI > Focus ST > WRX. As for a track car, the order might be completely the opposite. Factor in the price and the ST is probably on top.
