What's involved in this and what should I expect to be charged?

If it's just an oil change and tire rotation, I'll do it myself and turn off the service light.

If you are planning on selling the car in the future having all the service documents for the important services can really increase the amount of money you get back on it.

I'm guessing (and it's just a guess) but it's probably in the manual.

If you do decide to do it yourself, keep receipts for the oil, filter, etc., and keep a written log of when and where you did it. This will help with any warranty work as well as for resale.
