GTI mods and ideas...

Hey everyone, at the risk of sounding real stupid, I have been reading a lot lately on this site, waiting patiently formy own GTI, but some of these terms you guys use on the site are very new to me.. can anyone demistify all these terms, like votex, oem, im confused out of my mind...

Votex....Vortex.....VWVortex.com is another site where fellow dubbers (thats people with VW's) trade info and pictures. OEM is original equipment manufacturer. It basically means original stuff from VW or whatever you are refering to. Don't feel bad I still think vag.com is some porn thing that the dubbers are into and don't wan't us noobies to know the real secret.

Votex would be the OEM lip kit for the GTI, or it can be someone mispelling Vortex as stated above.
