MKV 3Dr Golf Mis-aligned body panel?

Howdy,

Purchased my new Golf GT TDi from a local dealer bang on a month ago. A day later I noticed the drivers door panel in the corner underneath the mirror didn't appear to be flush with the from wing. Mentioned to the dealer and they have made adjustments. What do you think of the results... acceptable?

looks good, its kind of hard to tell from your pics tho, the only one you can really compare are the ones down the side of the car.
