Onboard computer question

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if someone knew how to switch the onboard computer from Farenheit to Celsius.
I hope this is doable.

if you are talking about the MFD then yes, it should be under units i think, i am atwork right now but check on my drive home if no one conferms this...

is that what u were talking about?

Well, I don't know what a MFD is. I'm refering to the red sreen between the RPM and speed gauges.

I don't have a MKV GTi yet (will buy it in january), I have an MKIV (180ch).

Little red screen is called MFD or MFA (I've even seen MFC before).

Yes, it is possible to switch from Farenheit to Centigrade (not Celcius

it's not SI), and also from miles to kilometres, mpg to kmpg to km/l to litres/kilometre... It's all there under the options>units screen.

THe manual tells you how as well as what MFI and MFD are - great tool.
