need to sell X3 asap

My wife and I are desperatly trying to sell our 05 X3 3.0 6speed. Only 15,8k miles in excellent condition. Premium package with privacy glass. Black with Sand leather.
NADA and KBB says 31-34k.
Will sell for 28k and will deliver if buyer pays for my flight home.
