So as you probably know I ended up with a seized autotech HPFP a month or so ago. :frown: Wrote a detailed e-mail with the findings and followed up with a phone call. They where out of stock on HPFPs so I said, "you know, I really don't want another one of your HPFP rebuild kits cause I will need to buy a new OEM pump to rebuild and I don't want to chance more down time."
So I asked for store credit. Without hesitation Ryan told me that would not be a problem! He asked me to send my pump to them to inspect. Sent the pump, waited a few days, then followed up with a call. I used the store credit towards an Autotech Cat-Back. They got in touch with Phil@BSH and quickly sent me a catback.
Although I had problems they definatly turned a bad situation into a good one by honoring their warrenty AND giving store credit instead!
