yes they fucking suck. so does clear lake. avoid at all costs.

My experience at archer was acceptable.

Never used archer but I've heard they're one of the most reasonable around. I bought my Uni-Black Rabbit from DeMontrond, but probably won't take my car back there for service. I've heard some bad reviews on their service dept from coworkers. (Lots of Dub/Audi drivers at work)

I like the archer one.

Clear lake too(just bc they always wash my car and armorall iit) =]

FYI West Houston VW is private owned and is not a chain, like Clear Lake and Momentum (Richmond and Jersey Village) are owned by Sonic Automotive.
West Houston solved a wheel bearing that Momentum said is not covered by the warranty and wanted to charge $730!!!! And West HOU will give you a rental in a blink! They have a Budget office right inside. They really care about customer service.
