I got my Vogtland 1.6' springs and ive made phone calls and have gotten price quotes that range from 250-700 bucks to INSTALL THEM...thats a little crazy in my mind. Anyone kno where thats cheaper ??

250 was the cheapest i've been quoted -- but nothing more than 350. they usually say 2-3 hours of labour time.

OH yeah, forgot about that thing.. hrmm... I'll get back to you on that shortly.. But as far as the tools its a14mm 12 point (not a torx bit) also the strut spreader, I looked at 3 parts stores with no luck, ended up borrowing one. lastly the strut tool could be common but I know past ones I got for an MKIII did not fit and we used impact tools instead.
He may have them though.. if its his living is very possible but verifiy first. make your like 1,000,000 times easier.
