I've got a TSI (CBFA) motor and I just got the NewSouth Boost Gauge, OSIR pod, BSH Boost Tap kit from BSH.

Thanks to BSH for offering this great deal here.

I realize not everyone likes the way the OSIR pod looks, but I just happen to love it.

*EDIT - Moving instructions section up here for ease of info.

Here are some of the PDF instructions that I used.

1.BSH Boost Tap Instructions
2.NewSouth Performance Boost Gauge for MKV Instructions
3.AWE Boost Gauge Instructions (for vent removal)
4.NewSouth Performance Boost Gauge Calibration Fix
5.GolfMKV DIY (for running nylon hose through firewall)

Look awesome:thumbsup: I am also interested in the installation process (a quick DYI or tips would be really nice) Can the gauge be mounted on the Center Vent? Also, where did you make the connection for power? Thanks

Love it man  +1 for OSIR pod. Here's mine w/60mm gauge. Everything went smooth, electrical connections went as follows for this gauge, spliced into headlight switch harness: black wire>brown(ground), yellow wire>gray#10(illumination), red wire>black w/purple stripe(ignition on)

Beautiful, nis240sxt. I was going to get a column pod to go with the Defi Blue Racer gauge but I really like how clean the OSIR vent pod is.

Thanks!! OSIR pod is definitely very clean, OEM quality clean. The vent can still be mostly functional if you make a duct for it. It's important down here in Texas but i think you should be ok up there

The column pod is for 52mm gauges, the Osir pod handles both 52 and 60mm gauges. That Defi gauge is the 60mm. The 52mm Defi would not fill the Osir pod (i.e. it would look like the NSP gauge). Just a heads up.

looks real nice guys!! Was it an easy install?

Overall the install wasn't hard. The BSH Boost tap made things really easy. Believe it or not.... the most of my time was wasted trying to fit the rubber hose over the nozzles and the nylon tube. My fingers hurt from trying to force the rubber hose on. At least I know that rubber hose isn't coming off.
