Hey guys I just saw this on 42DD facebook page. For those of us running KO4's with APR software and aftermarket intakes, this is the FIX! I made a home made one by hacking up the OEM airbox a few months ago but this is wayyy better looking and will hold up better I'm sure. Just throw your existing CAI tube and filter on, or buy their intake kit. Either way this should fix our misfires!

So you need to chop your intake and use silicon couplers to stick this in the middle?

The intake I make is currently keeping ltft's at -0.8 on APR v2 TSI software.

Did I mention I would still totally buy an FSI one? Doubt you're going back down that road any time soon though.

Or you could use a Volant intake. The Golf R set seem to like them.

This intake solution is effective, ran it for quite sometime with great results.

There are a lot of intakes with amazing fuel trims. Volant, Evoms, ITG, revised VWR, PFlo.

This seems like a nice clean alternative to the franken intake people have been making with the stock MAF, but outside of cheap ass intakes... And forge, there aren't too many main brand offenders anymore.
