Update:
I had just detached pump, and ran direct wires from battery to pump.
Engine is Off, pump is running, pressure is 5.2bar
And all other symptoms are the same, at idle, at mid load, at WOT pull.

I'm kind of sure it's caused by pump itself, but still confused that it could not be true to recieve 2 faulty pumps from a good brand like DW.

I think you may need RS4 injectors

Today I had just removed the LPFP, and installed an original GTI one, performance was better.
At idle, pressure is 4.5-5.5bar
At mid load, pressure is not less than 3.3bar
At WOT pull the minimum pressure drops to 2.7bar.

That means that I had 2 bad DW pumps, what a bad luck.

I had submitted a support ticket to DW official website and waiting for their feedback.

The problem now is that I have AWD split tank, and my DW had the output going to the left side of tank,
GTI pump (FWD) has only one output going to lpfp casing and then to fuel rail (without siphon system output)

Does anybody knows what is the effect for not connecting the siphon piping going to left side?

It could if the level is too low on the pump side and it sloshes to the other side. As I recommended before, it would be worth looking for a Golf R or TTRS pump that has provision to pull from the other side

Thank you for the information.
