First post so excuse me for getting into the nitty gritty so quickly!
VW Golf 1.6 TDI BMT DSG, 65k miles.
Car has been very loud when revving. Splutters on some cold mornings.
Short history of the car its had the following done:
CamBelt (2015)
Fuel Pump (2015)
Injectors adaptation (2016)
New DSG gearbox (2016)
EGR valve (Sept 2017)
Fuel filter (Sept 2017
Reconditioned injectors (Sept 2017)
The mechanic has given up. You can hear the sound clearly in the video below, its noticeable when warm and very loud when going up a hill (load). I really don't know what else to do to fix the car! Thousands spent on a 'reliable' car , i miss my MK5! Also tried BG cleaner and DPF cleaner to no avail.
