Water meth, should I feel a difference?

Bought a Stage 1 Snow Performance Water Meth kit and only goes up to 15 psi, getting it installed sometime this week. Should I feel a difference in terms of power or torque if I set it the settings on like 12-15psi at the crank? or will it cause something to go wrong if I max it out at 15psi?

Water/Meth provides cooling not any increase in hp/ftlb. If it is hot out and you are losing power because of the heat it will (with the right amount of spray) provide extra cooling to help restore the power that was reduced because of heat (pre-ignition) but you won't create more power than your tune.

Water/Meth can enable/allow you to run a more aggressive tune which creates the possibility of more power but you need a tune.
