R32 Brake Upgrade

This will be a truly newb question but is it not possible to put your front brakes on the rear if you do a swap. What would it take?

Front brakes are not compatible with the rear brakes. Vice versa as well. The calipers, caliper carriers, heatshields, pads; everything is different.

I took a ride in Sk's car yesterday, the brakes are ridiculous, even on snow tires. Really makes you realize how much the GTI brakes are lacking, also makes the R32 upgrade even more tempting...

are they easy to modulate?

takes getting used to
cuz u have to completly change the way you brake
but yes, it is easy to modulate

Any of you guys who have done the R32 brake upgrade recode your ECU for the bigger rotors? My ABS seems to kick in alot quicker now?:iono:
