Need help with fault code U0429

09 TSI with 52,xxx on it. Driving back from Raleigh NC to NYC today. Made it to within a few miles from home and I start getting what feel like misfires. 3 of the 4 coil packs were changed within the last 2 months and are the latest revision. Scanned the car when I got home and got this. I searched the Ross-tech wiki, the forum and online and didn't find anything. Has anyone had this code before?

Update: Cleared codes, put in some fresh gas, ran the car. Got a misfire in cyl. 3 only. Swapped coil packs from 1 and 3. Car runs okay, but Idle is rough. Still feels like a misfire but no code yet.
