Long Life Vs. Annual Service

I had Long Life service on my TT which worked out at about 18k miles before a service

I was asked today whether I wanted Long Life or Annual service

I'm kinda thinking that I will go annual as I wasn't too happy about the same oil being used for 18k miles

What is everyone else going for?

Sorry - should have been more descriptive

Long Life = the variable servicing (worked out by the style of driving) and usually can be 18k to 20k. Service indicator lights up to tell you when to get the service. Lots of driving on highways = steady revs and the car will not need servicing as regularly. Fast revvy driving or lots of short journeys will mean it shortens the time before the service.

I have been given the option to have the fixed annual service no matter how many miles i have driven and wondered what others had done..

i do a service every couple times a year...i dont need to but its just a piece off mind and i do it myself..
