H&R 8mm spacers with Huffs?

Has anyone ran H&R 8mm spacers with huffs? They are advertised as being hub-centric but I heard that depending on the wheel, the lip of the spacer doesn't align properly with the hub. Anyone know if they work properly with huffs?

I ran 10mm H&Rs that were hub-centric on all 4 wheels with huffs and all worked fine. Ran them for about 6 months until I went to different wheels. With 10mm I did have to run extended bolts.
