Yeah any high end porsche is not slow.. I believe the GT3Rs has potential to run in the 10s stock..

I think the fastest GT3RSs have done mid 11s. Most are in the 11.8-12 range.

Highest hp per liter N/A engine record is still held by Ferrari 458 Italia. 4.5 liters V8, 570 hp ~ 127 hp per liter. But it's pretty damn close..

^I was about to say that...both great cars! But I just checked it out and the record holder is Caparo T1 with 159 hp per liter.
