Those shots were adapted from a filmed commercial that I know at least ran on German TV. It shows the kid taking a leak, beating up his dad, and checking out hot women on the street as he's barely learning to walk. It was a funny commercial. I have no idea if it's still posted but www.volkswagen.de is their German mirror site.
