Front Speaker Removal Help

Does anyone know how to remove the 6.5" Speakers on the doors? Been searching for DIY on how to remove these but cant seem to find one. Help would be appreciated.

Also, I have a 2DR.

i guess there are special tools for rivet removal, but i removed mine simply with a drill and i did go through a few bits. it was not the easiest thing to do, but its definitely within reach.

also you will highly benefit from removing the door skin, so that you can punch out the remaining rivet and be able to get it out, as opposed to leaving it in there rattling around.

if you are installing aftermarket speakers, i recommend you do so anyways, so you can dampen the outer door skin which works wonders for midbass.
