when you take them it'll ask you to upload them to the storefront, say yes. then go online on your computer to the forza site login with your xbox profile and then go to 'my stuff' or whatever it says and your pictures and any videos will be there. save them, resize them, rehost them, post them.

make sure you've uploaded the pictures to your storefront. once it's on your storefront you can go to the forza3 website and find it.
