I think your always going to have paranoia if you put it on, however!

I did some vague testing with my boost gauge,.
I think it lost minimal amount of peek...
I found i got better results with the stock DV than the forge one

theres a new part that fits the TSI, you order the one for the FSI and you say you need the TSI part. i had it on for about a week. i felt less power and the noise got old fast. its more of a semi-truck airbrake sound then a true bov sound. also if you're DSG then you will only hear it when you left off the gas, never during shifting. its a neat idea but i think it goes against the design of the recirculation and its not the noise you're most likely expecting. and when i say it goes off when you left off the gas i mean it goes off every single time you left off the gas no matter how fast or slow you're going. to each their own though as always

any of these spacers or diverter valves work on a TSI? or just the FSI?

You will need to determine which OEM valve revision you have installed on your car prior to ordering one of our spacers.

Our original standard spacer will work with all OEM diaphragm based valve revisions. "B", "C", and "G"

We will be supplying a newly revised spacer going forward that was specifically made to be compatible with the new "D" revision valve, but it is backwards compatible with all other valve revisions as well.

i can now say FOR SURE that the spacer is a great part and will not cause any problems. on the other hand ur dealer might...just him seeing the spacer made him say warranty wont cover it due to the mod..turns out he knew less about the oem dv(and the whole turbo in this case) then i did and jumped quick to say the spacer caused my dv to fail and needed a new one. i went from a perfectly good c to a revision d diverter valve for no reason. i called him to inform him that the part was not broken and that i had work done based on his diagnosis. he just keeps saying that at this point he cant help me. why not help me when i needed help????? anyways big up to mike@forge for being so helpful!!

haha yeah he did...just got off the phone with mike@forge and he explained everything. the guy at the service desk just didnt know the plunger part of the dv can be put back on by clicking the black plastic piece down around the o-ring. i tried pusing the pluger itself down at the dealership but couldnt do it. i have now taken it apart 10+ times and it snaps right back in. he told me the part was broken FOR SURE and now when i called he just says at this point he cant help me. i told him ill be in tomorrow to try and work something out...any advice? anyone?? (as far as the dealer goes) anyways, thanks mike, i appreciate everything and will now go back to standing by forge products even though i was only a pessimist for about an hour haha.

Basically, the dealership mislead him, and told him that his valve was broken and could not be reassembled, and the only option they offered was for him to pay for a "D" valve as well as to have it installed. I just think that the service technician and advisor are wholely unaware that the piston portion of the solenoid assembly can be separated from the main solenoid body and reinstalled infinitely without issue.

Here is a quick video I made showing how this is done. (with both valve revisions)

Ryan, You may wish to show this to the service advisor tomorrow when you speak to him.

I was curious I see dynos charts for the adjustable Forge DV (100% Atmosphere, 50/50, and the 100% DV) When you just buy the unadjustable Forge spacer what is it most like??? Is it 50/50?? Please let me know I am really curious.....

the unajustable spacer is 100% vent to atmosphere. dunno why people are to cool to answer that and instead say "dude, its already been discussed." some people like myself are usually to busy to know every little thing thats been answered in the thread. usually
