i have the EJ PCV fix, and EJ told me not to get the boost tap. Where do i install the T fitting to get a good reading.

Your power wire from the head unit is a live 12v source, but you can also run them right off one of the blade fuses in the fuse box.
What i'd like is to have this boost gauge work without the backlight when you start the car, and then the backlight to come on with the headlight switch (just like the instruments). I just installed a kill switch right under my dimmer and ran the power wire through it. Any thoughts on how to make this gauge work without any lighting, but still wired for lighting on the headlight switch?
